Mediation for Property and Parenting Matters

Alexis Legal offers quality mediation services with a qualified mediator who is certified under the National Mediation Accreditation Standards (NMAS). 

Mediation is a form of Alternative Dispute Resolution which can assist parties to reach a settlement in a secure, informal and confidential setting.  Mediation provides an inexpensive and dignified pathway that can help resolve or narrow a dispute and potentially save you the time, money and stress of going to Court.  Mediation is also a required first step before many disputes can be brought before a Court. 

Our trained and experienced mediator, Joseph Sampson, is nationally qualified and is a member of the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators (AIFLAM).  He is also a member of the Law Society's Family Law Settlement Service (FLSS) mediator panel.  Joseph brings his wealth of experience as a skilled family lawyer to his training and experience as a mediator.

For Family Law matters, our mediator can provide either in-person or video-conference mediations for property and parenting matters in a secure setting and at an affordable, fixed fee.  Please note that we do not provide s.60I FDRP certificates.
